In honor of St. Perpetua Parish's 60th anniversary, we are creating a pictorial directory! See below for scheduling details.
There will be sign-up sheets available during the weekends in the vestibule of the church if you do not wish to sign up online. However, we STRONGLY ask that you write in your email address if you make your appointment on these sign-up sheets.
Online sign-up is restricted during the weekend to prevent double booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact Tyra in the parish office.If you have 6 or more in your family, please use 2 consecutive time slots. Appointments fill up quickly, so schedule as soon as possible.
