Location: Brentwood Golf Course, 2450 Havenwood Rd, White Lake
Cost: $130/player | $520/team

• 18 holes of golf w/ cart
• Continental breakfast
• Hotdogs, pop, and chips
• 3 beers
• Buffet dinner
• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes
• Prize for closest to the pin all par 3s
• Prize for Mens & Womens longest drives
• Door prize for all
• Goody bag including ball sleeve and tees
• Raffle prizes (each golfer receives 5 free tickets)

• $300 to sponsor a hole
• Get a sign at the tee box of the sponsored hole
• Get a sign at the clubhouse
• Recognition during the opening ceremony
• Donation to 501c(3) entity confirmation
  Donations will be refunded if less than 18 teams/sponsors

• $25 to be a sponsor
• Get your name on a banner posted at the clubhouse, parish entrance, and fall festival
  Donations will be refunded if less than 25 family sponsors
