All members of the Leadership Team should plan to attend to discuss issues. This includes the Pastoral Coordinator, Operational Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator, Promotion Coordinator, and all Small Group Leaders for the Opening Your Heart Bible study.

Small Group Leaders will then prepare for Session 16 together with the Pastoral Coordinator.
