Families with children who will prepare to celebrate the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist for the first time: please review the preparation expectations below, and be sure to indicate which child(ren) will prepare for these sacraments this year on your registration form.
First Reconciliation & First Eucharist family preparation guidelines:- Children must be baptized in a Catholic Church; if not baptized at St. Perpetua Parish, families must submit a copy of each child's baptism certificate.
- Children must be in their 2nd consecutive year of Faith Formation to prepare for the sacraments.
- Parents and children are to complete First Reconciliation and First Communion workbook lessons at home as a family.
- It is expected that all Faith Formation families attend Mass every Sunday.

the Catechetical year.
