Families with children who will prepare to celebrate the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist for the first time: please review the preparation expectations below, and be sure to indicate which child(ren) will preepare for these sacraments this year on your registration form.
First Reconciliation & First Eucharist family preparation guidelines
* Children must be baptized in a Catholic Church; if not baptized at St. Perpetua Parish, families must
submit a copy of each child's baptism certificate.
* Children must be in their 2nd consecutive year of Faith Formation to prepare for the sacraments.
* Parents and children are to complete First Reconciliation and First Communion workbook lessons at
home as a family.
* It is expected that all Faith Formation families attend Mass every Sunday either in person or by
Prince of Peace Video Mass, especially families preparint to celebrate a sacrament.
First Reconciliation workbooks were given to families in August.
Families will receive a workbook schedule as the time nears.
Reconciliation will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 5, 2021 at Prince of Peace from 5:30-7:30 in 15 minute incriments.

Families will receive a workbook schedule as the time nears.
First Eucharist will be celebrated during regularly scheduled Masses during the 2022 Easter season. Each family will choose their day and Mass time from the following dates:
April 23, 24,30
May 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 23
